CEO & Founder of Wheaten and Wheaten, Holly Brown, has over a decade of experience in the online performance marketing space. Her relentless dedication to building relationships and maintaining integrity are the cornerstone of the agency since it’s launch in 2004. In 1996, she began her digital marketing career in the finance industry and quickly moved on in 2000 to become VP Sales with a leading solutions provider for online marketing. After observing and gaining insights into the performance space, Holly then opened Wheaten & Wheaten to take advantage of the relationships she had grown.
Known for her hard hitting take no prisoners style, Holly has built Wheaten and Wheaten to be one of a handful of agency/networks that deal directly with advertisers and provides them a higher level of integration in the performance arena. In 2005, she opened AdFoundry, the cost per action network, and has watched year over year growth. The success of AdFoundry has been rooted in relentless attention to detail and Holly’s own dynamic drive to provide a better online marketing experience for both advertisers and publishers. Recently, Holly has opened LeadDemon, a proprietary platform for lead gen publishers and advertisers to easily connect with one another.
Holly continues to grow Wheaten & Wheaten’s capabilities by expanding into mobile marketing as well as developing a set of in-house lead gen portals that have been very successful. Holly received a B.A. degree, with honors, from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey and volunteers her time with several charitable organizations.
Jim Lillig is a 26 year marketing veteran, of which the last 14 years have been spent as a pioneer in digital marketing. His role as Executive Vice President at Wheaten & Wheaten Worldwide Inc. will include spearheading new initiatives into mobile performance marketing as well as lend his experience to Wheaten & Wheaten’s existing online marketing initiatives. His background in affiliate and performance marketing, as well as working with top advertisers to bring their products and services into the performance marketing arena is well matched with Wheaten’s core objectives of expanding their business.
Jim has spent the last several years building and managing Cost Per Action networks. Most recently he served as the VP Business Development for both Offervault and OfferMobi. He brings an intense knowledge of digital & mobile campaign strategy and execution to his work and is a featured speaker at many industry conferences. He is also the author of the well respected industry playbook for performance marketing, The State of CPA.
Lillig received a B.S. Degree in Applied Psychology with honors from Loyola University Chicago. He resides in the Chicago area with his wife and three children.
Robert Marton holds a joint role of Chief Technical Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing and realizing the company’s technical execution visual communications.
Joining Wheaten & Wheaten in 2009, he has previously held several high level interface design and development positions at other Internet related firms with over 10 years of extensive experience in managing the design, development and branding of business applications, from database engineering, to software development design and testing, interface design and implementation, and finally branding and visual communications.
Robert lives in New Jersey with his wife, Myrianthe, and their daughter Chariklia. Robert is a graduate in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
